We accept returns on non-custom, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale or clearance items


Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.


Custom Orders Policy

Custom order terms:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from what was agreed.
  • Full payment is required before work begins.
  • You'll receive a proof/mock-up before production starts. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

Processing Time:

Custom orders typically take 5-10 working days, depending on complexity. We'll confirm this with you at the time of order.
